How to guess it?
Which airline bought Wardair in 1989? That was it. Canadian Airlines ran ads for months in 1989 showing the two airlines’ logos side by side, while showcasing their crews in respective uniforms. The message was the same every time: Canadian Airlines’ fleet meet Wardair’s superb service. At the time of Canadian Airlines’ merger with Air Canada, they still flew to the cities depicted on the map except for Manchester and Copenhagen.
