The person who posted this commercial on YouTube called it “subtle”. I agree. The conversation between this mother and her daughter appears quite casual at the beginning… until a Fasten Seatbelt sign pops up out of nowhere.
In this cute commercial, signs around airports change to say things that go straight to the heart of people who travel for many reasons. My favorite moment is when the FIDS changes at the very end.
I’ve seen before commercials where parents are proud of their son or daughter becoming a flight attendant. Well, guess what? On this commercial, it’s the opposite! A daughter tells her friend how proud she is of her mom learning lots of things and working very hard to become a flight attendant. I love it.
On the East Coast, it’s 8:46 AM exactly. 9 years after an event that has changed the world forever. To commemorate this date, I’d like to share a commercial shown on US television in the wake of the tragedy.
